In light of a break in classes on account of Thanksgiving, I have come home for a little bit. A week in fact. So this is college? You vacation at your own house? Cool.

This gives me a tremendous opportunity to do all the things I have been needing to do.

• Get a haircut.
• See an ENT about my hearing loss.
• Eat lox)
• Convert an old P133 into a bounce box running Debian (sarge) so that I can finally connect to #lugradio on IRC from the campus network.

I also get to see my family and other important stuff. Mostly, though…..I get to toy around with some funky hardware on my network.
